What markets does Sams 3PL Solutions serve?
Our anchor markets are Seattle, Los Angeles, Denver, Detroit, Toledo, Boston, New York, Baltimore, Chattanooga, Huntsville, Charleston, Greenville-Spartanburg, Savannah, Houston, Miami-Dade. The network keeps expanding, and our reach extends anywhere in the country.
Can I use multiple locations across the network?
Yes. You can distribute inventory across any combination of markets under a single contract, with one point of contact.
What services does Sams 3PL Solutions offer?
Warehousing, cross-docking, transloading, FTL and LTL freight brokerage, customs clearance coordination, international freight forwarding, port drayage, ITAR-aware handling, e-commerce fulfillment, value-added services, transportation management, and data center and battery storage logistics.
Do you offer customs brokerage?
Customs clearance is coordinated through our licensed customs broker partners: HTS classification, ISF filing, Section 301 and 232 tariff management, anti-dumping advisory, bonded warehousing options, and ACE portal filing. You still work with one Sams team for the whole program.
What industries do you specialize in?

How do I get a freight quote?
Send the consultation form or email operations@sams3pl.com with origin, destination, cargo type, volume, and timeline. You get a proposal within one business day.
Do you handle international shipments?
Yes. Ocean (FCL and LCL), air, and multimodal programs across Trans-Pacific, Trans-Atlantic, and Intra-Americas lanes, with customs clearance coordinated in the same program.
What makes Sams 3PL Solutions different from other 3PLs?

Yes. Toledo and Detroit cover the U.S. and Canada corridor in the Midwest, and Seattle covers the Pacific Northwest, with customs documentation coordinated end to end.
What is your minimum contract duration?
Terms are flexible: month-to-month, 6-month, 1-year, or multi-year, sized to your program.
How quickly can you onboard a new client?
Standard onboarding takes 2 to 4 weeks, with a dedicated implementation team, procedure development, and system integration.
